ADARE Longevity & Aesthetics ("ADARE," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information collected during clinical care is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at either of our studios.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number and message — when you submit a contact or consultation request. We also collect limited technical information automatically (IP address, device and browser type, referring pages) to operate and improve the site.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, improve site performance, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about ADARE services. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
