Founder & CEOTrudy Fehlinger
Trudy founded ADARE on a single conviction: Tampa Bay deserved a different kind of practice — one where precision medicine and genuine human connection sit side by side. With more than two decades shaping wellness, aesthetics and longevity programs, she has built ADARE around the patients she's spent a career listening to. Her approach is measured, modern and deeply personal — every protocol begins with a real conversation. Trudy leads with the belief that the best outcomes happen when people feel truly seen, and that's the standard she holds her team to every day.

Her foundation in geriatric primary care informs everything she does: listening closely, treating the whole person, and keeping long-term wellness at the center of every decision.
Outside of practice, Nancy is most often surrounded by her five children and three grandchildren, reading, or enjoying the outdoors — a life that reflects the same balance and intention she brings to her patients.
