The mechanism, considered.
Hormone optimization is the foundation of how you sleep, think, recover, lift, love and age. Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid and cortisol form the body's quiet operating system — and when they shift, the changes are often dismissed as just getting older.
At ADARE, hormone replacement therapy begins with measurement. Comprehensive lab panels reveal exactly where your hormones sit, how they are converting and what your body is actually producing. From that data we build a precision bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) protocol — using molecules structurally identical to those your body makes — delivered via creams, troches, injections or pellets.
For women, hormone optimization often means a thoughtful combination of estrogen, progesterone and sometimes testosterone during perimenopause, menopause or postpartum recovery. For men, BHRT typically centers on testosterone optimization, with attention to estradiol balance and supporting pathways.
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is rarely a standalone fix. It works best layered with peptide therapy, metabolic support, sleep work and resistance training.
A protocol, not a procedure.

Personalized Consultation
We sit down for an unhurried intake — symptoms, goals, history, family pattern — and order a comprehensive hormone and metabolic panel. Nothing is prescribed before the data is in.
- 02
The Treatment
Your provider builds a protocol matched to your physiology. Most clients start with creams, injections or troches; pellets are offered when appropriate. We teach you exactly how to use everything.

Aftercare & Follow Up
Labs are repeated at 6 to 8 weeks, then every 3 to 6 months for ongoing calibration. Dosing is adjusted based on how you feel and what the data shows — never on a default.
What to Expect
Most clients notice meaningful changes in sleep, mood, energy and libido within the first 4 to 8 weeks. Body composition, recovery and cognitive clarity tend to follow over 3 to 6 months.
BHRT is an ongoing protocol, not a course of treatment. Long-term clients are followed indefinitely with regular lab review and dose refinement.
This is for you if…
- Women experiencing perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms — hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood shifts, libido changes
- Men with symptoms of low testosterone — fatigue, decreased motivation, muscle loss, low libido, brain fog
- Postpartum women with persistent fatigue, low mood or libido changes
- Anyone with confirmed hormonal imbalance on labs who wants a thoughtful, monitored protocol
