We measure first — diurnal cortisol, comprehensive labs, sometimes wearable data review — and build a protocol that may include targeted supplementation, hormone optimization, peptides like DSIP or epitalon, and structured behavioral and environmental changes.

Aftercare & Follow Up
Follow-up at 6 to 8 weeks reassesses sleep quality, HRV trends and labs. Adjustments are made based on what is actually changing — not a default plan.
What to Expect
Most clients report improvements in sleep onset, depth and morning energy within the first 4 to 6 weeks. HRV, cortisol curves and recovery markers typically improve across 3 to 6 months of a consistent protocol.
